I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my Barq wallet account, which has been blocked for almost one month without any resolution.
My account was initially blocked due to my Iqama ID expiration. However, my ID has now been renewed, but my Barq app is still not working.
I have contacted Barq customer care more than 10 times and also raised 5 to 6 complaint tickets through the app, but no solution has been provided.
Barq support informed me that there is a mismatch between my name in English and Arabic. However, I have verified my renewed Iqama, and both English and Arabic names are correctly matched.
I have also confirmed with my company's HR department, and they confirmed there is no issue with my name in the system.
It has now been almost one month, and my funds are stuck in my Barq wallet. I have urgent financial needs at home, and this delay is causing serious difficulty.
I kindly request you to intervene and assist in resolving this matter urgently.

I sent 1000 riyals through your bank on 25 December 2025, but it showed a failure from the account, but it was added to the bank account in Bangladesh. After that, I sent 1000 riyals again on 11 January and 900 riyals on 27 January.
But the 900 riyals of 27 January have not been deposited yet. After informing, the bank has deducted the money deposited on 25 December 2025 from my Bangladeshi Bank account. But I didn't get 900 rials money yet.
So where is my 900 riyals?
When I informed your bank support about this, they asked me to provide an official bank statement.I take my official Bank statement in 31 March from Bangladeshi Bank , but even after trying to provide you with a picture or pdf 3 times, it did not go through.
Totally 3 or 4 times I raise ticket but no solve my problem. My last ticket number is 000795****.Please take this matter seriously, I will benefit.
